  Is it possible to get a refund on annual subscription if plan was meant to be cancelled?

  Yes, WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from the date of purchase on plans. The refund period for domain registrations, if bought with a plan, is 96 hours.

  Hi there,

  We provide a full refund for 30 days after purchase, but I see you have opened a payment dispute with your bank against us instead of contacting us to ask for a refund. When you do this the funds are frozen pending an investigation, all upgrades are removed from your account, and a chargeback fee is levied against your account.

  Luckily in this case it appears our payment processor has already resolved the dispute in our favour, so we’re able to refund you ourselves at this point. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
