Getting rid of CAPTCHA and putting a question-answer technique in my website

  I get about 5-10 spam remarks on my website, which is http://www.nkscouting.com
  I’ve tried stopping this by letting NO ONE to post in my forums, which are made by VBulletin.

  However, the spam keeps coming in, while at the same time people who would like to post have all been banned by me.

  What can I do to get rid of CAPTCHIA, which does nothing?

  And how can I use the question-answer technique, which forces people to answer a question if they want to post on my VBulletin forum.

  Please answer my question in as much detail as possible. Thanks!
