How do I get rid of circumscribed pink thick cross on the theme?

Hi there,
The icon that’s currently on your site is a Header Gravatar.
To remove it, please:
– Navigate to My sites > Customize > Theme Options > Header Gravatar
– Delete the email address from the field

That pink cross at the top is actually a place holder for a Gravatar
You can update your Gravatar in your Profile settings which I believe can be found here (once you are logged in):
OR by clicking on the avatar in the top left of your browser window.
Here are some more step by step instructions about changing or adding your Gravatar:
