Getting rid of comments emails

Lately, I keep getting notifications about every comment that comes in. WordPress doesn’t give you the option in the email to stop getting the emails, so I looked up options online.
Everyone says to go to the “settings” tab, but I don’t have that. I don’t know if it’s just because I’m looking at older posts or what. But can someone tell me how to stop getting these blasted emails. IT IS SPAM!

You can stop them here > Dashboard > Settings > Discussion
disable this:
E-mail me whenever
__ Anyone posts a comment
__A comment is held for moderation
__Someone likes one of my posts
__Someone reblogs one of my posts
__Someone follows my blogThen scroll down and click “save changes”

It’s also possible you are referring to getting comment notifications because you clicked to receive them on a post on someone else’s blog. In that case click the “unsubscribe” link on the emails of the next email received at the very bottom of the email.

I can’t find the settings button on my dashboard. I’ve looked everywhere. Can you show me a screenshot?
