getting rid of default thumbnail; still says "this video is processing"

  I have just purchased the Video upgrade and uploaded a video. After about an hour, the thumbnail still says “this video is processing” and I can’t get it to play properly within the draft. Would like to post today. thanks!!

  It looks like your videos have finished processing (very neat, by the way!). You can change the thumbnail for each video by going to your Media Library and clicking on “Edit” beneath the video.

  Then, scroll down to “Preview and Insert.” If you play the video on this page, you will see the option to “Capture Thumbnail” when hovering your mouse over the video itself.

  Hi Erica! Thank you so much for responding. I got really frustrated trying to make that one video work and felt like it shouldn’t be that hard, so I uploaded a different one and viola, worked like a charm. Still not sure why the first one didn’t work (it never got past ‘this video is processing.’ Enjoyed meeting you and Francis on your blog!
