Getting rid of "Filed under Uncategorized"

Is there anyway I can get rid of the “Filed under Uncategorized” that shows up under each my posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you noted this support doc?
Setting the Default Category -
Well it does not allow me to get rid of it….only change it to another name. Any way to completely have that area blank?

I believe there always has to be at least one category (hence the “default category”) but how prominently it displays and where it displays varies from theme to theme.

Well I am not about to change my theme after five years just to change this….does anyone else know if it’s possible to eliminate it?

I think if you upgraded to the Premium plan you may have the ability to modify the metadata with custom CSS and remove the “Filed under” at the bottom of your posts but categories can be useful for visitors to well established sites to quickly get to the information they are most interested in. I see you’ve now added a few categories but if you still wanted to go ahead then returning to this thread and typing modlook in the tag box to the right would help staff notice your question and an expert such as thesacredpath would be able to give you a yes/no (and the appropriate CSS code if it was a yes).

I have custom CSS now so maybe I need to post my question there….thanks for suggestions.
