Getting rid of “Just Another Word Press theme” line

BLog theme is Twenty Ten. Originally I replaced the default “Just anpther Word Press theme” witih something custom, now I want to remove it entirely. (On my blog it says “A Horse Racing Partnership…for the heck of it” That’s the line I want to make disappear!)
Is there a way to delete it? My God, I’ve been all over the dashborad and can’t find a way to omit the darned thing. Thanks. Need to send the WP link to this e-card to my partners, this is driving me nuts!

Look in Settings > General for the Tagline. More info at http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/general-settings/.
