Getting rid of "Pages" and "Recent Posts" headers?
-
Self explanatory I think. How to get rid of these two headers on the LHS? I just want my content.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Howdy –
The Pages and Recent Posts were widgets. I’ve removed them for you.
You can edit the widgets on your site by going to My Sites > Customize > Widgets.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Woah … now all my content is gone!
I just wanted the headings gone, not the content. Now I have no pages and no blogs!
-
Hmmm. I see you still have 4 posts and 4 pages on your site. I did not remove any of your content. I simply removed the widgets on the left hand side.
-
That’s because I put them back.
I want the content. I just don’t want the words “Pages” and “Recent Posts”.

Ok, now I understand better.
One option would be to link to those items using a text widget:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/text-widget-links/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/This option is going to be more manual work for you.
For the pages widget, we could make a site menu and add the pages to the menu. Click on My Sites > Customize > Menu
https://petercrosbiedotnet.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.phpThe last option would be to hide the widget titles. To do this we need to use CSS.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/CSS is included with WordPress.com Premium as part of the Custom Design features.
Let me know which option you’d like to proceed with and if you need further help.
