Getting rid of "pages" sidebar in Morning After theme
-
I have appropriately titled and linked widgets for my pages and posts, so that having the “pages” list on my homepage is redundant and cluttery. Is there a way to take it off of the sidebar?
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to appearance widgets and you can remove the pages widget from the sidebar. If you have not yet added any widgets then what you are seeing is the default set displayed by the theme itself. Once you add a widget to that sidebar, the default sample set will disappear. Simply add the widgets that you want to that sidebar and arrange them as you desire.

Thanks, but the default Pages is not available to edit, only the bar that I placed there as a widget. Is there a way to remove the default, non-widget Pages listing? Sorry if I’m missing some silly thing.

Thesacredpath already explained that: to remove the default sidebar items, you add the widgets you want (in your case, in the Secondary sidebar).
