Getting rid of related post links in feed

  I have a hosted wordpress blog and I recently changed my feed to show the full post instead of a snipit. My problem is at the end of each feed post it is showing all of the related links as well as the links to the social media sites in my sexybookmarks plugin. How can I get these to be excluded from my feed?
