Getting rid of space intended for tagline in Forever Theme

  I’m not planning on using a tagline in the forever theme but if you choose not to use it, you end up with a white gap underneath where the pages are listed. I want to get rid of the gap and move the rest of the page up.

  Not familiar with CSS – would love some guidance. Thanks!
