Getting rid of the html tags for my commentors

  I’m new to WP so this may seem like a noob question, but I want to get rid
  of those html tags above the comment box when my guests comment.
  Does anyone know how to get rid of those tags? They read…

  Those lists of html codes are theme dependent and are put in by the theme designer. We have no access to edit the themes since we’re on a shared environment here at WP.com. If you were to edit the theme, then you would be editing the theme for everybody else using the same theme.
