Getting rid of the links at the bottom of the page

At the bottom of my website I have: Blog at WordPress.com. | The sela Theme links, which I can’t work out how to get rid of. How do I delete this?

Good Morning – You can’t delete those footer links without violating the Terms of Service agreement for WordPress.com. A copy of the Terms of Service agreement is available here: https://en.wordpress.com/tos/
