getting rid of the meta

  I have the blog and meta at the right side on my sreen and I donot know how to get rid of it. I use the Oxygen Theme. I have seen other sites without it. I mean blog, underneith Discuss, Get inspired, Get polling.. etc and the meta with Administration and log out. I wouldnt want it an my site . Is that any way I coud do that? Could you help please? Thanks in advance.

  You need to go into Widgets in Appearance and add a widget into the Secondary Sidebar. This should override the default Secondary Sidebar, and if you then remove that widget you added the Secondary Sidebar should then be empty, if that is what you’d prefer.

  I am having the same issue and I have tried the following fixes but to no avail. Can someone recommend how to have the Oxygen theme display the Showcase page correctly without the secondary sidebar? Thanks.
