  I want to get rid of the “wordpress” in my blog name

  You can replace your free WordPress.com address (unleashyouroptimalhealth.wordpress.com) with a custom domain name by registering a new domain on your Domains page.

  With your WordPress.com Premium plan, you can register a custom domain name for free. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
