  Where do I find the information about getting started? I signed up for my account without printing the instructions and now I can’t find them again.

  Um, what information are you looking for? What specifically are you confused with?

  I note that you;ve tagged this with ftp. Are you hosted elsewhere? If so, you need to be over at http://wordpress.org as you would be running different software than we do here.
