  As your site is called markparrishblog.wordpress.com then if you’re beginning a personal blog https://en.support.wordpress.com/start/ gives some great free assistance for setting up your new site. From that link there are video tutorials too. There is no phone support at WordPress.com but Email and Live Chat Support is available with upgraded plans.
