Getting started

I want to develop a site to promote my new book. I have been getting familiar with the Author Landing Page. I am getting really confused between the Dashboard and the WP admin page. I take one step forward and two steps backward. I have tried to read the help documentation but it only describes how to do things in a general sense and it doesn’t show you the results of what it is describing to do. I bought the Pro version last evening and also purchased the Installation and Setup. How long does it take for them to install my Pro version? Should I just wait until they do that? And is there any good videos for me to watch to help me through the learning curve, I am not a knowledge base guy!

I appreciate any help I can get right now but have a hard time understanding this support source thing. I purchased a WordPress Pro theme. I have questions about when that theme will be installed and how I customize it. Why would I need to contact BlueHost?
