  I’m looking to design a website from scratch, I’ve experience maintaining using WP. I have a domain I want to use eventually, bu not sure if I’m going to follow right the way through.
  Can I work to build a website for this domain and later decide if I want to subscribe to services? Seems automatically to do this it’s a paid service. Basically trying to learn a new skill in my Covid-19 time I’m not working.
