  I’m at a standstill right from the start. I downloaded the Thrive Product Manager (I’m on a Mac). Everything ended up in the Downloads folder (like it should). Then the video tells you to go to the WordPress Admin Dashboard and click on ‘Plugins’. Where the heck is the ‘WordPress Admin. Dashboard? I don’t see that.

  I’m afraid you’re talking about a site that is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
