  Hi, I would like to try to create my own website but I’m totally technologically disabled 😔 I would like to try to use a free theme like Baskerville 2 but have questions in relation to can the top black panel be edited to a phot? And is there a limit of photos which can be inserted into this theme? I have a .com.au domain name set up already but no web hosting. I’m hoping I can see if I have any success or if I need to hire someone. Can you please get back to me. Thanks

  Can you tell me more about the website you’re looking to build and what you’re hoping to get out of it? Perhaps we can offer some insights.

  It may be possible to do as above, but you need some custom CSS and the premium plan to do so.

  And is there a limit of photos which can be inserted into this theme?

  Just to add one point here

  can the top black panel be edited to a phot?

  Yes, you can edit the top black image which is the header image. You can refer to the Custom Header section in the theme description:-
  https://wordpress.com/theme/baskerville-2/

  To change the header image, follow the below steps:-

  1)Go to My Site(s) → Appearance → Customize.
  2)Look for the Header Image section
  3) Select the photo you want to upload by clicking Add New Image and save
