Why does my word press look different than whats on youtube tutorials? I trying to make a clickable picture but my word press media library doesn’t have the same options that other peoples does. Also how do I move images around in a post to my liking? Thanks.

Check if the video refers to WordPress.com or WordPress.org and also check if they are referring to the old classic editor or the new blocks editor. If you are working on a site here at WordPress.com why not look at:
