  I have just joined Word Press and received an E-mail sent to bill@justicefirst. I have created an E-mail address but can’t find the E-mail sent to that address to get started. How can I get E-mail sent to my other E-mail address??? I wish I could actually talk to a person about this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What do you mean you have “created” an email address? WordPress.com doesn’t have nameservers and you don’t get a custom email unless you create it yourself using forwarding, so the email shows up in your regular account http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=custom+email

  Hi @justicefirstinc,

  You can see the email address currently setup for your user account here:

  https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

  It looks like you haven’t verified your email address just yet though. Do you currently have access to the justicefirst address? If so, can you try resending the confirmation email from WordPress.com via the top banner when you visit the site?

  If you do not have access to the justicefirst email address, can you click “Send to another address” when you login at WordPress.com and enter an address that you do have access to?

  I have another E-mail address, (email visible only to moderators and staff). and where it says send to another E-mail address this is the one I send to but I get a response that this E-mail address is already being used, of course it is, it is mine?????

  The forum software redacts your email address for privacy & security reasons – however the staff can see the email address

  @justicefirstinc –

  Email addresses can only be associated with one user account at WordPress.com. You’re receiving the error message because the email address you’re trying to change to is already associated with another WordPress.com account. You will need to do one of two things:

  1. Enter a completely unique (not used elsewhere at WordPress.com) email address
  2. Login to the account associated with your propertygurus address and change the email address on that account to “free it up” for your justicefirstinc account.

  Alternatively, if you can confirm that you have access to your justicefirst email inbox, I’m happy to manually confirm your address by sending an email to you and having you respond. Just let me know!
