Getting Started
-
Hi, I am looking to use WordPress to create a website for a small surgery center. I am not ready to create the website just yet, but I wanted to get a proposal together for my boss where I would like to pitch using WordPress to get this done. I have several questions regarding the domain purchase, the upgrade options, hosting, and getting a design selected. Is there a phone number to be able to speak to someone at WordPress? I have a lot of experience in content management, I just need a little help getting it started. Thanks!

There is no phone support. If you prefer to contact Staff then know there is no phone support but the support docs at http://support.wordpress.com are easy to find and there are links to them all over this site, for example, look at both the top and the bottom of this page.
There is also a Help link on your Admin pages on the top right-hand corner

If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.
