  I haven’t received a confirmation email even though I’ve clicked ‘resend email’ over ten times. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I haven’t received a confirmation email even though I’ve clicked ‘resend email’ over ten times

  That is such a bother!

  A couple possibilities to check:

  1. The emails are going to your Spam or Junk mail folders
  2. The emails are sent to the email address associated with the account – are you checking that account?
