  I have bought a premium pack and has mapped my website to WordPress, but the site building process always starts afresh,

  Hi there, I don’t see any WPcom sites connected to this account.

  What is the address of the WPcom site you purchased the Premium upgrade for and are trying to build?

  The domain name is timelesstouchint, which is mapped to the package

  The wordpress.com premium is timelesstouchintcom.wordpress.com

  Hello again, So in order to access and edit that site, you’ll want to log out of this account you are using to post here in the forums and log back in with the correct account timelesstouchint

  Since you also mentioned that you’ve mapped your domain, but your site is currently appearing at it’s underlying WPcom address, I’ve tagged this thread for Staff to see what is going on at the back end of your site.

  Regardless, if you need further help with this, we’d need you to log in to the correct account, mentioned above and then post to this thread from that account.

  Hi @bruvka, @justjennifer is correct; you need to log into the correct account.

  Once you’re logged into the correct account, you’d be welcome to update the domain settings so that the site displays your custom address rather than the wordpress.com subdomain. Go here:
  https://wordpress.com/domains/manage

  Click the domain you want to show, then click “Make Primary.”

  That should do the trick. If you have more questions, let us know.
