getting static site launced it won’t let us launch

about getting our simple one page static informational site launched. we’ve tried everything to launch & it won’t let us launch site.. it keeps taking us to the upgrade to a pay plan. & we are supposed to be able to launch sites many sites under the free plan.. we need our informational site launched. etc.,,. ps. we’ve launched 3 other static site with no problem & for some reason it’s not letting launch..

It sounds like you’ve made some design changes that only become live if you upgrade. You’ll need to revert to a standard theme template to launch for free.

Well we started with the AI then had to edit it to get it the way it is now.. it’s just a simple static one page informational site. no backend or anything needed..

& we had the AI use the color scheme we wanted & didn’t use any template.. & it won’t quit saying finish setup in the sites menu area.

Using AI in any way to build a site is enough to trigger the demand to upgrade. Only accepting the default design of a theme is free. There were probably other ways you could have changed colours with blocks that would still be fine with a free site.
