Getting termly policies added to my wordpress website
-
I signed up for Termly.io so I could get a privacy policy that will automatically update when new regulations happen. After signing up for it, I realize that there are no actual directions on how to add the code to my website. No one is giving me specific directions to follow, or at least not directions that I understand, not even WordPress! I need help!

Hi @rennivic69, I’m not familiar with their service, but did find this:
https://help.termly.io/support/solutions/articles/60000666955-how-do-i-install-the-consent-banner-on-wordpress-It says you will need to install a plugin. So to run that here, you will need our Business plan, because outside plugins and themes add complexity to our support and maintenance.
https://wordpress.com/businessWe also have our own built in cookies and consent banner:

Thanks for the response. It doesn’t really help since this is for a consent banner instead of a privacy policy but at least I’m gaining new knowledge! I think I will be cancelling the service thru Termly since no one seems to know how to help me with either. WP or Termly.
