Getting text to wrap around photos

  Hi,
  I am a brand new user. Every time I insert an image, it places itself between sentences, full width of page. I think the images are too big and somehow need to be smaller so that when I put the cursor on the paragraph where I want the image to be and click left align, they are small enough that the text will wrap around. Do I need to Scale them down? To what size? How do I do this? I want the text to wrap around so I want some images on the left and some on the right. Thanks

  But even better, you can do this right within your post via a handy little popup menu which lets you not only align your text, but resize your image! Read about it here:

  That one little menu bar lets you choose the alignment, has plus and minus signs to resize, lets you edit the caption, and even has an X if you want to remove the image.
