Getting the hang of Rockfield theme

The more blocks should now be correctly aligned, but let me know if you still spot any issues.

Thanks. Sorry I didn’t respond before. Yes, the “continue reading” block is now correctly aligned.
I really appreciate the team going to this trouble and answering me. I am getting the hang of Gutenberg and Rockfield now and appreciating both, though Gutenberg took a bit of getting used to! :)
My main Gutenberg issues are now spacing between blocks and in-page links, but I will take them up elsewhere.
Thanks again.

Sorry to bother you again, but I have found a couple of other small bugs in Rockfield. I think it is best you know and can address them if you can.
1. When commenting, long usernames overflow into the comment area. I have a friend who goes by the name “west of the blue mountains” and you can see how it overflows – https://theway21stcentury.wordpress.com/2019/10/09/start-using-re-usable-produce-bags/#comments
I think I may be able to fix it with CSS, but you mat as well know about it.
2. When I use the “more” block now, it produces two identical sets of text, as the second post on this page shows – https://theway21stcentury.wordpress.com/blogposts/.
It only happens when showing just the section above the More block. When showing the full page it is fine.
Hope that is helpful. Thanks.

That’s definitely a bug. I’ve reported it to our developers to fix.

This is not the theme – if I apply a different theme to your site I see the same thing.
I think this is happening because you’ve nested your More block inside a columns block with that specific post. Try moving the More block to below the columns block instead, and this shouldn’t happen any more.

Aha! You’re too good! Thanks for that correction. I think I might have figured it out eventually, but I’m still learning how to use Gutenberg.
One out of two ain’t bad, so I’m glad I didn’t waste your time totally. Thanks.

The issue with the footer widget alignment when you add a footer menu has now been fixed.

The username issue has also been fixed, and should be live on WordPress.com within a few days. Thanks again for reporting it :)
