    I’ve been going around and around for almost an hour and I keep getting the same screens that will not accept my questions. It’s not one of the FAQs and I’d rather not broadcast it. Could staff contact me? Please?

    I’m not sure I understood this, can you clarify the URL of the page you are on and what the questions are that you are trying to ask there?
