Getting the wrong URL when I amtrying to post

  Hi wordpress,

  I have not used my blog for a while and have just written a post. I am trying to publish it. In the process I am asked for the URL. This should be: https://tutahi.blog/ for the website. however it is listed as: https://tutahi.blog/?p=428

  I don’t know where the ?p=28 came from. When I click on that it says it cannot find it and wants to search. When I tried to change it I can’t. I get a hand come up when I try to change it and i cannot delete the ?/p=28.

  This is very frustrating. Can you help?
