That is not my original account. I cannot get WordPress to understand that they took away my website that I have had since 2016, they adamantly refused to believe the original account was me? Then I was forced to select another name, I appreciate your trying to help, I have hired outside help, because I don’t have time or the health to deal with WordPress.

Do you see the difference between the carolintallahassee 84 , it erroneously says that is my original site? That is outright wrong. I was forced to change to that 3 days ago, the carolintallahassee on the bottom has been my username for 7 years, yet my paid for Avatar remain the same? However, WordPress tells me that I am not carolintallahassee, and that I need to upgrade, yet I have proof of my paying 116 dollars for Premium just three days ago, even though I had a 180 dollar Pro Plan? I am not trying to be difficult, I am beyond stressed at the confusion with WordPress and it’s inability to solve this problem efficiently. I have been dealing with this problem for two weeks, when I need to be revamping my site, read books, and give honest reviews, a simple request, I am not asking for the moon. The sad thing is, everyone believes WordPress, instead of looking impartially at the facts. My husband spent days trying to get my account cleared up, and finally said, Enough, that is when we hired an outside professional to help us. We find this entire episode very sad, it is a poor reflection on integrity within the business world in 2023. My husband works as a consultant, his integrity is everything, as is mine, thus our frustration with a simple request. This will be my last post, I need to be available to the professional we were forced into hiring.
