How can I get to the Dashboard of my blog?

  the blog that I have done a lot of work on is at http://katiedash.com/public/ I have that sight saved on my katiedash.com domain server. I had to switch to a new computer and now I cannot access the dashboard for http://katiedash.com/public/ I can only get to katiedash.wordpress.com dashboard.
