Hi there, For help with WooCommerce under the WordPressdotcom Business Plan, you can open a ticket while logged into the account that purchased the upgrade at: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

If your website is running the open source WordPress software available for download at https://wordpress.org/ on your own web hosting and with a paid WooCommerce extension, you can open a ticket at the same link above.

If your website is running the open source WordPress software and you don’t have a paid WooCommerce extension, you can post in the WordPress.org WooCommerce forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

    Hope that helps.
