Getting uploaded pictures onto my blog
-
Hi! The first time I posted, I was asked about size, placing etc. of my pictures and it worked well. The second time, I uploaded OK, and that bit was successful…..but HOW to I incorporate them into the blog? I couldn’t find the link that gave me the option to do so, or options on how they should look if I did.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

mtlaw,
Please provide a link to your blog when asking questions in these forums:
http://
Or link your name to your blog:
“2. How to make your name link to your blog:
Go into your dashboard -> users -> your profile -> then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog and save the changes.
Now… when you comment here and on other blogs, your name will link to your blog. If you do this before you post your request for help, it will allow forum volunteers to be able to help you quicker since they won’t have to ask you for a link and wait until you come back to post one.”

To actually answer the question…
When making a post look for a square icon next to “Upload/Insert” above the typing box. It should say “Add An Image” when you hover your moues over it. Click on it then click “Media Library”. Then find the picture you want to add to the post and click “Show” on the right side. Fill out everything (Some of it’s optional) then click “Insert Into Post” to add it to the current post. -
how do i get the writing and picture to look like i have on my visual side to appear on the actual blog. it looks like trash on the blog when i preview it.

Is it possible to not have the “insert into post ” button mentioned by dcrage? I can do everything he says, BUT that. No option. I can upload all day, but not actually get the pictures into the blog.
