Getting URL to include www

  I am new here, and I own a domain “tatianacochran.com”
  I would like to know if there is any way to keep the “www” portion of the url while still having my blog at wordpress. When I mapped the wp blog to my domain, the http://www.tatianacochran.com no longer works!

  it works for me, whether I use the WWW or not.

  No there is not. WWW is a subdomain and wordpress does not map to subdomains. It is also very quickly going out of fashion and fewer and fewer are using it.

  From the domain mapping support document http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/ :

  Note: You cannot map only the “www” subdomain since we remove the www from all the URLs at wordpress.com.
