getting videoplayer to work after upgrade

  I installed WordPress software in Feb. 07 (don’t remember the version number at that time). I used VPiP to play video within my blogs. I resisted upgrading to the newer WordPress version for a long time, despite the reminders every time I logged on. I finally decided to upgrade to the newer version in August. However, since then I am unable to make the VPiP work. Has anyone experienced this problem, or does anyone know how to resolve it?
