Getting wired error called’Server Error (429 error)’

suddenly I got some error on my wordpress website .
when i try to edit my pages with elementor ( Purchased package) and try to update the changes,it doesn’t working. Showing a error called’ Server Error (429 error)’ .
And when i try to delete some plugin it also not working and showing error called “ Deletion failed: 429 Too Many Requests You have sent too many requests in a given amount of time “
Ami facing this problem since 12 November 2024.I already tried everything possible to fix this issue.
already reset everything in my cpanel and hosting data and uninstall WordPress and reinstall latest version of wordpress 6.7 and latest version of all plugin. But nothing works.also try using wordpress default theme and deactivate all plugin without elemntor also didn’t fix the issue.
some time plugin and theme page also not showing themes and plugin library.
Iam very fed up . What should i do now? How to fix this 429 error 😭
