Getting wordpress help for a paid and hosted site

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to get hold of a person who works for WordPress for technical support for a site (not this one) which is paid hosting and paid domain. Whenever I try to, it asks me to sign in at wordpress.com instead of my own domain, which means I can’t sign in, and can’t get to live chat. Anyone else had this problem?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Start at https://wordpress.org/support/ since you want help with

    a site (not this one) which is paid hosting and paid domain

    that is where you will be able to get help.

    You might have to establish an account there, but that is a painless process.

    The forums and support here at WordPress.COM are ONLY for content hosted here at WordPress.COM. We call sites hosted anywhere but here self-hosted or sometimes WordPress.ORG. There are many differences between the two. The following document will help explain some of those differences:
