  I paid for my site, lexingtondogtrainer.com and the site is acting like I am on the free plan

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi! Can you further clarify the behavior of your site that makes it appear as though it does not have a paid subscription?

  Please note that it appears as though you are referencing two separate sites here, which may be the source of the issue:
  
  – https://lexingtondogtrainer.com/: this site is hosted at WordPress.com and has a paid subscription.
  
  – lexingtondogtrainer.wordpress.com: this domain actually appears to redirect to a site that is not hosted at WordPress.com: https://lexington-dog-trainer.com/. Did you set up this redirect purposefully?
