Getting WP-Admin Authorization

  How can someone on staff who has WP-Admin authorization grant that authorization to another staff member?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Let me clarify: My A.D. wants me to have WP Admin (aka Dashboard access) to our WordPress site. How could she grant me that access?
