Ghost charge on card
-
Yesterday I cancelled my subscription, and removed my credit cards from my file and was successfully refunded my amount owed. Now this morning you have deducted the plan amount again, however I have no active plans and no stored payment method. This is completely unacceptable and a gross breach of ethical standards.
If I dont receive my refund right now I’m reporting you to the ACCC.WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I don’t see any second payment on your WordPress.com account today. You were charged for the auto-renewal on February 6, 2024, and that was refunded on the same day you canceled it. Refunds can take a few days to appear on your card; it’s possible the transaction notification you received today is simply the refund.
Please contact your bank to find out about the transaction. I can confirm that no payment has been taken from this WordPress.com account today.
If you have a different WordPress.com account, you may have active subscriptions there. If you believe that to be the case, please locate the transaction ID for the latest payment (here’s how) and send it to us via email. I see there’s an open ticket with us, so you can send the transaction ID in reply to the email. Once we have the transaction ID, we can locate the charge on our end.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.
