Hi, There is a “ghost” png image loceted on you server visible as overlay in videopress player on my blog . See bottom right corner at the Video press video here (below the youtube video):
http://holta.no/2012/10/11/silkestemme-i-konserthuset/The 90×96 pixel png seems to be located here: http://wordpress.com/wp-content/plugins/video/assets/i/videopress.png?m=1341160161g
Why is this ghost image there (it is visble in all browsers I tried)? Can you please remove it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Bjørn – that’s the VideoPress player branding and it’s not possible to remove it. It goes away when you press play on the video, though.
-
You’re kidding, right? What kind of branding is that, an image that is not visible, no logo, no nothing, just an empty see through frame, awkwardly placed halfway over the player. No, this is surely a WP bug.
-
Hi Bjørn – I’m talking about this logo here, in the bottom right corner:
http://cl.ly/image/1B320U0W1L0wIs that what you’re seeing on your end? If it’s something different, can you please make a screenshot of how it looks for you and upload it to your blog’s Media Library, so I can take a look? Here are instructions for how to make a screenshot: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

I noticed that this problem only occurs when I visit my blog from work, not when I visit it from home. I know that we use a web proxy at work. Might this be the reason for the missing VideoPress logo?
-
Hi Bjørn – I’m still not sure I understand what you’re asking about. Is the problem that the logo is missing, or that it looks differently on your end than it does in my screenshot?
Could you please make a screenshot of how this looks to you at work, so that I can see exactly what you’re seeing?

Hello again,
Here’s the screenshot: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9967931/ghost%20logo.png -

Hi Bjørn – Hmm, when I load the post in IE9, I see the normal watermark. Can you please load the post in Chrome or Firefox on your computer and let me know if you see the watermark in that browser, or if it still shows the broken image “ghost”?
-
-
Hi Bjørn – And you only have this problem from your work network, correct? I can confirm that it doesn’t happen on my end on any browser, so I think that your work’s proxy or firewall must be blocking that particular image from loading.
Are you able to load the direct link to the watermark, or do you get any kind of error:

Hi again. Yes, this problem is only at work (Norwegian Parliament – stortinget.no). I am able to load the direct link.
-
Hi Bjørn – In that case, it seems your work network is blocking the image from being served somehow. Could you check with your IT department about this and see what they say?
