Ghost updates

  The dashboard is showing under the heading ‘Yesterday’ updates to several posts, but I haven’t logged in for the last 48 and what I did then is showing under the heading ‘This week’.

  The updated posts don’t look changed, is this some automatic updating done by WordPress or has some one been logging into my account??
