Ghostblog
-
Hello
I recently just deleted my blog, which was linked to http://m2f0.com/.
Even though I deleted the blog, everything, including the posts, are still visible. I only deleted my blog because I wanted a fresh start and a new website name, and even though I cleared the redirection links on my website’s hosting page, it still redirects to the blog’s content.
The wordpress url was m2f0.wordpress.com. -

-
I wanna map my domain: m2f0.com and the dashboard os my new blog informs that: The domain name you entered is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog.
-
Hi there!
The above URL doesn’t take me to a blog and entirely fails to open the page. I’m wondering if it takes time for WordPress to recognize the deleted blog. How recently did you delete it?
-
I flagged this for staff attention. Just wait and they will get to it. Where do you want the domain to point?
-
Hi all!
I want that the domain point to m2f0dotcom.wordpress.com.
BTW, I wanna transfer my premium service to this blog. Can you guys helps me? -
-
Wait. Did that URL point to another wordpress.com blog before? If so, what is the URL? If not, we cannot help you with it.
-
The url was m2f0.wordpress.com.
Now I want that m2f0.com points to m2f0dotcom.wordpress.com -
Oh I apologize. After clicking the link next to your picture, I see that it does in fact still go to a blog. I’m not entirely sure what the problem could be. Since raincoaster flagged the staff, I’m certain they will be able to resolve the problem for you. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help!

Yeap phantomcoast.
If you click in my nickname (next my picture) you will be redirect to a ghostblog, or in other worlds, to a blog that I already deleted.
So, I can not use my domain m2f0.com to redirect to my new blog (m2f0dotcom.wordpress.com) because the wordpress system inform me that there is another blog use it, i guess that is this ghostblog.
If I did something wrong in the delete blog procedure, please forgive me, but I guess not. BTW I will really appreciate some orientation about.
Regards -
This thread was previously tagged for Staff attention. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected. By posting over and over again into it after it was tagged for Staff you are moving the timestamp forward and that means it will take longer to get Staff help.

Ok. The blog no longer exists, but I can not use my domain: m2f0.com to redirect to a new blog. The error message says that “m2f0.com is already use to another blog”. This is wrong. M2f0.com is not register at another blog. Btw, I can not use my upgrade account with my new blog.
M2f0.com —-> m2f0dotcom.wordpress.com (upgrade)
This is the dns flow and upgrade a purchased blog.
Thanks. -
Hi Mario,
I’m sorry it took so long to get back to you. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff assistance with applying this domain to your other blog. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. -
I have moved the domain mapping upgrade for m2f0.com to the blog m2f0dotcom.wordpress.com.
However, the domain will not work properly until you point the nameservers to WordPress.com, via PublicDomainRegistry.com:
http://who.is/whois/m2f0.com -
-
-
To early!
The nameservers is pointing to ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com, but I can not access:
Invalid key [10]. Back
When I try m2f0dotcom.wordpress.com the same error occur:
Invalid key [10]. Back
:-( -
When I pull up your WHOIS records for m2f0.com I see two IP addresses that are incorrect and should not be there:
Please just update the nameservers without IP addresses as that may be causing the error. If you must use IP addresses with your registrar, please create A records with two or more of the following:
76.74.254.123
192.0.80.250
192.0.81.250
66.155.9.238
66.155.11.238
76.74.254.120Note that these IP addresses are subject to change at any time, so it is better to use nameservers rather than IP addresses.
