Gif size
-
Hello, is there any restriction to gif size on the free version of wordpress?? I can’t post gifs larger than 130px. If i post any larger it won’t show unless you click it. On blogger i can post any size i wont and they will display correctly.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, there’s no size restriction. Are you using a theme that only shows thumbnails on the main page or something?

That’s weird. What I know is that you must presize every .gif to fit into the exact space you want it to display in, as resizing it after uploading it into your blog means the animation will be lost.

I’m not resizing the gif’s. I tried with other themes but the same thing happens if i post a gif larger than 130px it wont display.

On that page you’ve got eight animated GIFs (the rest of the images are JPGs and PNGs). All the GIFs display correctly, but they’re all 130px wide or less, so your page isn’t telling us anything. You obviously need to upload and insert a wider GIF first.

I deleted the others larger than 130px because they don’t display. Uploaded again a test gif at 320px. http://hc3d.wordpress.com
It only appears the name of the gif but no image.
