Gigawatt missing layout options.

  I upgraded to Gigawatt today and am trying to configure my new site. In the instructions I found online on setting up a new blog, it looks like I should be able to choose from 3 layout options for my homepage: Regular, Business and Widget Driven. I’m unable to find this option to choose from anywhere. Please help.
