Gigwire.io

Hello, my gigawire.io WordPress website seems to be down, and is not accessible via my login (says no sites).
I have paid for a personal WordPress website (£36) for this year and last to roll over in July, so I’m not sure why it isn’t showing up. I get an error when trying to create a website which says my Domain is registered to another WordPress.com account, for which I have no record or recollection of.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
I can confirm that gigawire.io is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @markfeatherstonewilliams login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you are logged in under the correct account we are happy to help you futher!
