Can you show me where this is happening on your site? I’d be happy to take a look! I just tried a test version on my test account and it was working as it should.
Also, it’d be helpful to know exactly which method you were using to embed the Gist.
Take a look at the support guide that @timethief provided you and let me know if it’s still not working!

I followed the guide and the method I’m using is this:
I create a private gist the use [gist WHOLE_GIST_URL_HERE]

I tried making it a public gist. I think the problem is regarding the css of the theme i’m using.
Problem being I can’t modify the css.

Ah, I think you’re right. I was able to reproduce this on the Kelly theme. I have reported this to our developers.
I’ll get back to you once it has been fixed as soon as possible!
